(M) The All India Hindu Personal Law Board should be formed on the lines of AIMPLB (All India Muslim Personal Law Board). This should be a private body to fight for the restoration and revival of the Hindu Personal Laws which existed and were practiced before the Hindu code bills were thrust on the society.
This board should consist of eminent scholars, thinkers, social workers fighting to save and safeguard the family system and culture, lawyers and judiciary who believe in the Indian societal and family culture.
All the leftists, feminists and misandrists and other family breakers and society breakers and patriarchy haters should be firmly kept out of this body.
The Hindu Personal Laws as applicable should come as the automatic choice. The government laws should be provided as a voluntary choice for citizens.
This demand has been forced on the people because the governments, political parties as well as the courts of law, have refused to even consider the need for Men’s Commission and Family Commission, let alone forming them. So as a last resort, it has become necessary to tell the governments and the courts of law to give people their own choice and they can keep the government laws and courts away from their personal and family lives if they choose.
