Fundamental Right to have Normal Sexual Gratification

The right to food, clothing, shelter, health and education are supposed to be the major fundamental rights. However, if we see from the evolution of mankind, the urge to have sexual relationships with the opposite sex comes next to food, clothing and shelter. We need to recognise this also as a primary fundamental right. Since sexual desires start from the beginning of the adult stage, policies and laws should be made applicable from adulthood.

Here adulthood should be considered from the end of Adolescence period, which on an average starts from thirteenth year onward upto fifteenth year. This means that adulthood should start from sixteenth year onwards. Then onwards the three years upto eighteenth year should be made eligible for sexual relationships without childbirth, since both partners will not be matured enough to handle it. After completion of eighteen years, they can have a full fledged sexual relationships including the responsibilities of childbirth.

Normal sexual relationships (meaning penile-vaginal sex) between consenting males and females (meaning heterosexual relationships) should be decriminalised. Moral codes and restrictions should not become cause for punishements which may shatter physical and mental health and reputations. All problems which may arise due to such liberal policies should be handled and solved amicably.

However, sexual relationships, involving anal sex, especially between men should be banned as well as criminalised. This is essential since men do not remain normal after such relationships. It causes severe physical and mental health problems. This is against the God’s design also.
